The Ferrara Hostel offers two different booking options, depending on the type of guest:

  • individual bookings
  • group bookings

We invite you to carefully read the section corresponding to your needs.

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

Individual bookings (single guests, couples, or small family groups) must be made exclusively online through our official booking system.

Online booking (mandatory):

Through the booking system it is possible to:

check real-time availability
view prices and room types
make a quick and secure booking
Individual bookings are not handled via e-mail, telephone, or bank transfer.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings (schools, associations, sports teams, organized groups) are handled through a dedicated procedure.

How to submit a booking request

The request can be made:

  • by phone by calling +39 0532 201158
  • via e-mail by writing to info@ostelloferrara.it, specifying “Booking request” in the subject line
  • through the dedicated request form

Request validity

Booking requests are valid for 3 days.
After this period, if not confirmed, they will be automatically cancelled.

Booking confirmation

The booking must be confirmed by a bank transfer equal to 30% of the total stay amount.

Before making the bank transfer, it is necessary to send a request e-mail.
You will receive all the relevant information in our reply e-mail.

Balance of the stay

The balance of the total stay amount must be paid upon arrival at the Hostel and can be made:

  • in cash
  • by debit card

Cheques are not accepted.
Traveller’s cheques are not accepted.
